We got home from our trip to Vegas the night before the fourth, so the morning and afternoon of the fourth were filled with laundry and yard work. I whipped up my made-from-scratch strawberry cake with strawberries from our garden (just like last year) and we headed next-door to the Lintons for a delicious barbecue with friends. Then we all made the long trek (5 houses up) to the Kelly's home for some serious fireworks. It was a great night!
