Last Thursday Max decided to let go of the couch and go it on his own! Ever since then he walks around and across the room over and over, just because he can. The walking began with him clasping his hands together and holding them above his head (we assume for balance purposes), but now he just walks like he's been doing it all of his life. Except, of course, for the occasional spill because a book or toy annoyingly gets in his way. It's really amazing how fast something like this happens! We've been waiting for the day since he took those first steps two and a half months ago...but now it's here and there is no going back! It's okay, I guess, for my little dude to grow up (tear, sniff).

Woo-hoo, go Maxwell! The little guy is mobile now...no roll of toilet paper in the house will be safe! ;-)
I love the arms in the air technique. I use that sometimes as well and it usually works.
